• Remove any loose parts. (Cushions, wrapping, or loose covers before taking pictures)
• Please include photos of any access points which may help us to understand access difficulties.
• Please include any additional information you think is relevant to your sofa access issue.
• If you think your window/Balcony is an option please send a picture of your window/balcony looking from the ground floor upwards and one looking downwards from the window/balcony.
